Derrière le voile. Analyse d'un réseau dialogique égyptien
Résumé
The paper describes a scandal that broke out in Egypt on the issue of the wearing of the veil and shows how this case constitutes a "dialogical network" linking multiple instances, among which the press and the Parliament. We firstly explain what we mean by dialogical network. Then, we seek to reconstitute the specific network of the "case of the veil", showing both its embedment within a broad public context and its specific unity. We make visible the way the dialogical network expands and articulates in a parliamentary session. Finally, we provide the detailed description of the unfolding of a scandal which originates in the press and echoes within the parliamentary precinct.
