LA PARTICIPATION DES NOUVELLES DYNAMIQUES COMMERCIALES A LA RECOMPOSITION DES GARES ET QUARTIERS DE GARE DES VILLES DU GRAND OUEST FRANÇAIS
Résumé
This communication approaches the new links that are being forged between retail activity, the railway station and its surrounding areas. The aim of this study is to understand the main reterritorialization modes of retail activity, which, on the one hand, redesign the place of the railway station in the city, and, on the other hand, recompose the factory of centrality and social links in the current context of new mobility challenges (accessibility, capture, journeys optimisation) and the digital society (connections, purchases, deliveries). The dual hybridization of stations is under way; urban and functional (shops and services) on the one hand, physical and digital on the other.
Cette communication approche les nouveaux liens qui se tissent entre l’activité commerciale, la gare et ses espaces environnants pour saisir et comprendre les principaux modes de reterritorialisation de l’activité marchande actuellement en vigueur qui redessinent la place de la gare dans la ville d’une part, qui recomposent la fabrique de centralité et de lien social au regard des nouveaux enjeux de la mobilité (accessibilité, captation, optimisation) et de la société digitale (connexions, achats, livraisons), d’autre part. La double hybridation des gares est en marche ; urbaine et fonctionnelle (commerces et services) d’une part ; physique et numérique d’autre part.
