La spécificité de la déontologie de la profession d'avocat au regard de celles des autres professions de droit

Abstract : The specificity of the legal profession’s ethics in relation to those of other legal professions can be explored in terms of its normative origins ( history and formal sources) as well as its content ( transversal principles and functional rules), leading to a clarification of the elements that other ethics share with it and, therefore, its specificities. The article also explores the hypothesis of a convergence between ethics on the basis of their comparison.
