L'événement entre fabrique et mémoire. Les Lanturelus de Dijon (1630-2019)
Résumé
This article's aim os to explore the fabric of the Lanturelu event and the memory associated with it. Forged as a pardon narrative in the XVIIth century, the event is enriched with new specifics during the XVIIIth century : the figure of king Machas, the anecdote of the burned portrait and even the name of "Lanturelu" are (re)discovered. The XIXth century will finally lead to a reconfiguration of the narrative, of which the play Lanturlu by Eugène Fryot is without doubt the most accomplishef expression.
