Keynote lecture : Analyzing Knowledge Flow on Social Networks : from Night of Museums to ExpoDelacroix

Our presentation focuses on the construction of a methodology to observe and analyze the circulation of cultural information in the digital informational ecosystem. We examine the development of a digital informational ecosystem including the RSN, the social web and the digital information and mediation devices of the cultural institution. This leads to ask the question of how it is possible, methodologically, to apprehend this informational environment. This work opens up a broader perspective that is complementary to the work in communication in the field of museology.

Notre présentation porte sur la construction d’une méthodologie pour observer et analyser la circulation de l’information culturelle dans l’écosystème informationnel numérique. Nous examinons le développement d’un écosystème informationnel numérique incluant les RSN, le web social et les dispositifs numérique d’information et de médiation de l’institution culturelle. Ce qui nous amène à poser la question de la manière dont il est possible, sur le plan méthodologique, d’appréhender cet environnement informationnel. Ce travail ouvre à une perspective élargie et complémentaire aux travaux en communication dans le domaine de la muséologie.
