Ouverture de données qualitatives à caractère personnel Approche éthique, juridique et déontologique
Résumé
Data sharing is often presented as an ideal in terms of the transparency of the scientific process or the optimization of public-funded data. The main French research institutions (notably INRA, CNRS and CIRAD) therefore encourage their researchers to engage in data sharing movement. In such a context, personal data management becomes of particular importance: it raises ethical, legal and epistemo-logical issues. In this article we are looking at the specific case of a posteriori data sharing, when mutualization had not been presented as an objective while data was being collected. We examine three qualitative data sharing scenarii: in the first one, data are shared between members of the same research program; in the second one, data are more broadly shared, within the scientific community; in the third one, data are being made available in full and open access.
