Explorer les réseaux d'acteurs de l'innovation territoriale et leur(s) rôle(s) dans la fabrique des territoires
Résumé
This communication proposes an exploratory approach which states theoretical reflections around the role of the social interactions of the civil society in the production of a territorial transformation. Far from considering civil society as an homogeneous entity, it’s first and foremost thought as plural spaces of class action, established on voluntaries social links. This communication focuses on local population’s mobilizations, more precisely citizens’ responsible initiatives on territories that propose new answers to social needs that remained unknown or not answered today. Giving an overview of multidisciplinary theoretical reflections allows to postulate that the social interactions are inherent to these processes of territorial innovation. Consequently, it’s about an invitation to think of the territorial transformations regarding the processes of territorial innovation through the lens, not of their actions, but according to many social interactions which influence them. Depending on a geographical approach of the networks of interactions inherent to innovation process, this communication aims at questioning their abilities to concretely transform the territory but also to transform the psychological values developed by the actors towards the territory as well as their collective representations.
Cette communication propose une démarche exploratoire qui fait état de réflexions théoriques autour du rôle des interactions sociales de la société civile dans la production d'une transformation territoriale. Loin de considérer la société civile comme une entité homogène, elle est avant tout pensée comme des espaces pluriels, d'action collective, construits par des liens sociaux volontaires. La communication s'intéresse spécifiquement à la mobilisation de populations locales autour d'initiatives citoyennes, solidaires qui proposent aujourd'hui dans les territoires des réponses inédites à des besoins sociaux restés jusque-là ignorés ou non répondus. La mise en perspective de réflexions théoriques pluridisciplinaires permet à la communication de postuler que les interactions sociales sont inhérentes à ces processus d'innovation territoriale. Dès lors, il s'agit d'une invitation à penser les transformations territoriales relatives aux processus d'innovation territoriale au prisme, non pas de leurs actions, mais bien des interactions sociales qui les conditionnent. Dans une approche géographique des réseaux d'interactions inhérents au processus d'innovation, la communication propose d'interroger leurs capacités à transformer le territoire concrètement mais également à transformer les valeurs psychologiques développées par les acteurs vis-à-vis du territoire ainsi que leurs représentations collectives.
