The paper aims to present (1). the planning policy for Apuseni region in Alba County in line with the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe adopted the Recommendation Rec (2002) 1 and (2). the community instruments, specifically ERDF, to be used in line with the ROP issued by Romanian Ministry of Integration.
