The Role of Associations in Women's Access to Public Space through work

Abstract : Working women are the social norm today in France. 46.5% of working people are women. However, the barriers to entry or retention in the labour market remain a reality and inequalities between men and women remain stark. The general picture shows "the conjunction of essential social change with the permanence of tough inequalities".
