Égalité professionnelle homme / femme : entre impulsion législative et pratiques de RSE

Abstract : Facing the relative failure of legislatory requirements concerning gender equality in the workplace, CSR practices appear to be a solution in order to reduce inequalities women are still subject to, regarding their employment conditions. We are questioning this point of view by mobilizing the work relating to American institutionalism, in particular those of T. Veblen and J.R. Commons. Also, if CSR practices can contribute to more equality, we show that the role of public authorities remains crucial.
