Résumé
This deliverable focuses on the link between individual and organizational learning based on the interaction processes at the workplace, and key implications for personal and organizational knowledge management as they relate to organizational performance. Building on the results from PROLEARN D5.3, which introduced the SECI process framework, we here modify the SECI model so that it better fits the observed interaction processes that go on between employees at the workplace. The aim is to capture the semantics of these interactions in an enriched process model, which allows for management to get a better view of what is going on inside their organization as well as how their organization interacts with external stakeholders.
