La décollectivisation dans les montagnes d'Asie centrale (Tadjikistan, Kirghizstan) : Transformations agricoles et crise sociale
Résumé
Post-soviet transformation is a time of radical change for societies and spatial organisation in Central Asian mountains. In Kyrgyzstan as in Tajikistan, the decollectivisation and disorganisation of the planned economic system led to an agricultural crisis (livestock, etc.). In some Kyrgyzstani's valleys, some adaptations to the new economic and territorial context are developing, but the expansion of autoconsumption reveals the pauperisation of most of the Pamir's and Tian-Chan's inhabitants. In response to the degradation of their life's conditions, the mountain's populations, who were settled during the Soviet period, now temporarily migrate to Russia and, to a lesser degree, to Kazakhstan.
La transformation post-soviétique constitue un moment de bouleversement des sociétés et des espaces montagnards d'Asie centrale. Au Kirghizstan comme au Tadjikistan, la décollectivisation et la désorganisation du système économique planifié ont conduit à une crise agricole (élevage, etc.). Si des formes d'adaptation au nouveau contexte économique et territorial se développent dans certaines vallées du Kirghizstan, l'expansion de l'autoconsommation révèle la paupérisation de nombreux habitants du Tian-Chan et du Pamir. En réponse à la dégradation des conditions de vie, les populations montagnardes, qui étaient enracinées pendant la période soviétique, migrent temporairement à destination de la Russie et, en second lieu, du Kazakhstan.
