The Euroairport Basel-Mulhouse is a unique case in the world of a bi-national airport planning, managed and organised in a cross border way. Through the analysis of the repartition of the space at the ground between French and Swiss areas, of the sharing of airspace, of the conflicts in terms of traffic noise, the article shows that the boundary remains acute in the airport management in juridical, technical and governance terms.

L'EuroAirport de Bâle-Mulhouse est un cas unique au monde d'aménagement aéroportuaire binational géré et organisé de façon transfrontalière. A travers l'analyse de la répartition de l'espace au sol entre zones françaises et suisses, du partage de l'espace aérien, des conflits en termes de nuisances aériennes, l'article montre comment la frontière nationale demeure présente dans la gestion de l'aéroport en termes juridiques, techniques et de gouvernance.
