Abstract
How to track cognitions at work in a firm? The paper suggests a conceptual framework - action languages - and a methodology - observation and interpretation of behaviors in interdependence relationships. Is offers an opening to underdanding management as a way to frame cognitions in an organization.
L'approche par le langage pour l'action organisée offre à la fois un cadre théorique et une méthodologie qui permettent d'observer et d'expliquer les phénomènes cognitifs à l'oeuvre à travers les situations de choix et de comportements dans les entreprises. Le texte offre deux illustrations et trace le lien existant entre le mode de management et les cognitions.
