Vers une ingénierie des compétences : cas de la formation continue à distance des enseignants de l’éducation physique et sportive au Maroc

Abstract : The aim of this thesis is to study the relevance of distance training for teachers of physical education and sports (EPS) in Morocco, in order to overcome the socio-organizational constraints related to face-to-face training of these teachers at the national level. To do this, we combined quantitative and qualitative data using several research methods, including experimentation and field survey via two questionnaires. We were also inspired by a broad interdisciplinary field that involves several disciplines including training engineering and skills engineering. The results of this study made it possible to, first, set up a distance training system which benefited 286 EPS teachers in the experimentation project, and secondly, to confirm our main hypothesis which states that "distance training constitutes an adequate response to the problem of continuous training for EPS teachers and an advantageous alternative for the development of their professional skills". Therefore, it helps to address the institutional, pedagogical, professional, economic and social challenges. We have also proposed elements of a strategy to sustain and improve distance training in the field of school sport in Morocco. Thus, organizational, legislative, technical, pedagogical and accompanying measures must be taken.
