Les malentendus de l'information. : Pour une approche pragmatique de la gestion de l'information en entreprise

Abstract : Information management in organizations can take two different ways: rational and impersonal behavior for one side, cooperation in everyday life on the other side. It doesn't cost the same price and energy: (1) all the attention is focused on technology and people doesn't pay enough attention to his work in relation with the others; it costs a lot of money or (2) heedful interrelation is high and everybody takes care of each other work, witch costs a lot of energy. Four enterprise cases illustrate this and show how important is the rational culture in occidental country and how creative persons can take an original way: taking care of information specialists who are neglected, who are invisible even if they are the most importants to make the job. These creative persons know how to take advantage of the everyday life to innovate. They know that innovation is inscribed in routine. But the effort to make it operational is so expansive in energy that most of the time, we ignore these persons. We demonstrate on the contrary that this type of persons emerge in emergency situations. Then the real problem is “in normal time”, how to let them enough space to encourage cooperation?
