Adaptations et ajustements des gestes professionnels pendant la pandémie de Covid-19 chez les enseignants en IUT

Abstract : Our study proposes to analyze the postures and professional gestures of teachers in a university institute of technology (UIT) in a mutation situation, characterized by the transition to distance learning in the context of the covdi-19 pandemic. We base our analysis of professional practices on a conceptual articulation built around the notions of teacher multi-agenda, adjustment-based teaching and instrumental genesis. Our corpus is made up of five interviews with teachers of a department in UIT and of textual exchanges on the Discord platform between teachers and students of the institution investigated. Faced with the obligation of remote teaching mediated by digital technology, the teachers have favored scaffolding, control, and accompaniment postures. The adjustments are also visible in the processes of appropriation of the Discord platform for teaching-learning situations
