Le potentiel d'apprentissage professionnel dans les formations visant des métiers « en train de se re-faire ». Le cas des formations des futurs agriculteurs

Abstract : How do current training courses for future farmers integrate the changes required for the agro-ecological transition in their content and in the training situations they offer? How, and under what conditions, can they enable the targeted learning of these future farmers? How do they make internship situations opportunities for cross-learning? Under what conditions do these professional situations encountered during internships have the potential to teach a new profession 'in the making'? Taking as an illustration the teachings and learnings related to weed management, this paper examines the conditions under which vocational training can create a potential for learning more sustainable practices in the making among farmers. It is based on longitudinal data (interviews, observations of simulated situations) collected from teachers and learners of a vocational baccalaureate in agricultural management, through schooling and apprenticeship, in two institutions. It adopts a didactic analysis framework to analyse the evolution of learners' agronomic reasoning concerning weed management.
