Construire des pratiques de Responsabilité Sociale dans un climat de méfiance vis-à-vis des agro-industries du Delta du Fleuve Sénégal

Abstract : This research attempts to illustrate how Senegal River Valley agro-industries CSR’s policies are built taking into account the context of suspicion toward companies. On the premise that CSR is guided by two dynamics : standard’s importation; involvement of local actors’ expectations, this research analyzes the case of the Agricultural company of Saint-Louis in Diama town. CSR policy of this studied company is built under the pressure of various actors. However, the company does not always respect all of its commitments as evidenced the differences between CSR standards and expectations, the speech of the company and the reality. Otherwise, we notice a leeway of the compagny vis-a- vis local actors and standards.
