Management des ressources naturelles, le retour de l’État régalien ?

Abstract : In the natural resources sector, contracts between companies and states allow companies to bypass national laws and jurisdictions. Does this mean that states have lost a part of their sovereignties? This paper uses the example of the Texaco-Chevron vs Ecuador dispute to address this issue, which shows that the state remains the main actor of natural resources management
