La spiritualité : une hétérotopie éducative pouvant questionner et inspirer les institutions d'enseignement laïc ?

Abstract : Our society has difficulty in defining the place of spirituality. The institutions of secular teaching hold it still marginally, while she could represent a new educational heterotopia. Our contribution, collaborative, in exploratory aim, tries to understand its borders, its characteristics and its function in and for education. Collateral victim of the secularism principle, spirituality, notion still insufficiently defined, saw itself rejected by School with the religions. But the laic border leaves a margin to think of spirituality in sciences of education. The religious and the monotheist religions re-interpreted by core bottom which would be useful for education. Behind these unstable and discussed borders, the spiritualities of the world are embodied in ill-assorted but very real places, which represent - if we join in the lineage of Michel Foucault’s and Eirick Prairat’s searches - a new educational for School. These places with spiritual use, which present all the characteristics of the educational heterotopia while being different from the laic traditional education, would indeed have a compensatory function and would propose new one paradigm which can question and inspire the standards, the values, the curricula, the pedagogies and the tools of School.
