Des recompositions territoriales à l’anticipation territoriale

Abstract : The French territories recompositions and legislative context evolution have generated over time a recomposition of the historic figures of land planning, territorial foresight and other territorial projects. A rapprochement took place between these figures by the hybridisation of practices, the interweaving of spatial scales and the recovery of the topics covered. This convergence complicates their definition and makes the usual distinction between these different figures unoperational today. It is in this context that we propose to use the notion of “territorial anticipation” to qualify these various approaches. We also propose a new typology to try to better distinguish the different categories of approaches that are led today.
