La financiarisation du petit commerce à HongKong : chronique d’une extraction prédatrice

Abstract : This article examines the impact of privatizing retail stores in Hong Kong's social housing estates. It highlights the introduction of new management methods aimed at optimizing property value extraction, and leading to the degradation of the living conditions of the inhabitants of social housing estates.
