Potentiel d’un dessin comme support narratif pour améliorer un processus de veille en équipe

Abstract : If we ignore the major changes brought by digital developments to monitoring practices, including all the tools that come under Web 2.0, fundamentally the way in which team-based monitoring is carried out has hardly changed over the last thirty years. However, new means and methods have emerged to carry out teamwork during this period. In many areas, including IT, non-digital practices now contribute to the efficiency and responsiveness of development teams, for example. So, in order to improve team management, so-called “agile” methods have emerged and have met with great success. In this article, we present some fundamental elements of these methods as well as agile (and non digital) games dedicated to support this type of method. The aim is to show how a simple graphical support used as an agile game can be considered and exploited to integrate a team monitoring process.
