Les productions céramiques protohistoriques du Makran pakistanais dans la compréhension des relations indo-iraniennes

Abstract : This article presents an overview of ceramics found in Pakistani Makran (Southwest Pakistan) during the 4th and the 3rd millennia BC. It is based on recent research conducted by the French Archaeological Mission in Makran (MAFM, CNRS-UMR 9993, MAE), in particular, two PhD dissertations and post-doctoral research on ceramic production in this area. The ceramics of Pakistani Makran during the Chalcolithic and Bronze Age are described, together with their role in understanding cultural relationships in the broader context of the Indo-Iranian borderlands during these periods.
