Perú 2018: hacia una Educación Intercultural Bilingüe sentipensante

Abstract : The present is intended to prescribe the different cultural traits which is encoded the country of countries: Peru, in a framework of capitalist neo-extractive transmutation and climate change. The study is unfolded within the qualitative paradigm of theoretical review. In that transit, it is unavoidable to strengthen an Intercultural Bilingual Education (EIB) sentipensante as an agenda in the constitution of a community project that encompasses saberes and sentires frontier on an uneven and excluding surface. In such a reason, bet on a EIB that can reach the regions where the live of the different worlds need to be interconnected. As well as, in full mutation-world, to found an intercultural education sentipensante in the distant latitudes of Abya Yala that can teach the/as children/as native andean/amazonian to know and to love the earth.
