Abstract : Abstarct The decision of localization of a company can be described as a geographical sequence of choice in which the company chooses initially a country then an area of this country. The Tunisian variables of localization play their full part of attraction or repulsion in the functions of localization of the companies One will try to study the effect of several variables in particular those of the infrastructures of telecommunication on the decisions of localization, the geographical concentrations of the activities and geographical specializations
