Le marché de l’électricité : entre politiques énergétiques nationales et encadrement européen

Abstract : The electricity market: Between national policies and European supervision The liberalization of the electricity sector has not meant the disappearance of government intervention. The market, constructed by European directives, therefore coexists with public measures aimed at achieving objectives of general interest, which may involve the promotion of renewable energies, the security of supply, or the continuation of regulated tariffs. However, these interventions remain under the control of European competition laws, in particular state aid regulations.
