Entre littérature et droit, la Gazette des tribunaux vue par les juristes du xixe siècle

Abstract : Between literature and law, between journalism and legal expertise, the Gazette des Tribunaux is open to a large readership in the nineteenth century, but remains primarily a journal written by and for the lawyers. Unlike the doctrinal reviews, the Gazette is part of an important but often neglected contemporary legal literature, that of legal practitioners and their press highlighting the legal culture of the Courts.
