Le matériel lithique non taillé de la grotte d’Isturitz issu des fouilles récentes

Abstract : Considering the abundance of unknapped stone tools brought out of the ground during the first excavations in the Isturitz cave, the discovery of 72 of these tools during the recent surveys and excavations (1997-2008) in a reduced surface area, is not surprising. Almost all the different categories found during the old excavations are represented; that corroborates the wide range of activities carried on in the cave and its possible function as base camp.
