Proudhon et ses juges : un auteur en justice et sa critique de l'institution

Abstract : From Monarchy of July to the Second Empire, compression of socialism takes place in a serie of trials made to authors, among which Pierre-Joseph Proudhon. But the polemicist is also an attentive witness of the functioning of justice, which he studies in critical analysis of various trials.
