Nouvelles connaissances de l’artisanat laténien des Ve-IIIe siècles avant J.-C. en Bohême

Abstract : This contribution considers the manufacturing techniques used in Bohemia at the beginning of the La Tène period: those of the 5th century BC and those contemporary with the flat inhumation cemeteries of the fourth and third centuries. Craft production is considered in its social and spatial contexts. The results are relevant to relations between regions extending from the Carpathians to France. Despite chronological, social and spatial variability, the characteristics and purpose of La Tène craft production are based on a single ideological plan.
