Analyse de quatre traductions de Le Avventure di Pinocchio : quelle lisibilité pour la poétique du texte de Collodi? Quelle audibilité pour la voix du traducteur ?

Abstract : In the ministry list of literary works recommended for French primary schools, half the works are translations of which some, including Collodi's novel Les Aventures de Pinocchio, are qualified as being "heritage" works. Reflecting on this qualification, this article confronts the beginning of the Italian novel with four of its French translations: the first and most influential, that of the comtesse de Gencé, and three recent retranslations. The aim is to show how a dialogue among translation and retranslations can render audible the singular voice of each translator as well as the poetics of Collodi's text.
