Ministres du culte et exclusion du contrat de travail : à propos d'un changement de paradigme

Abstract : The courts consider that the activity of ministers of religion is generally exclusive of an employment contract. However, this rule is not always established in the facts and law. Its historical justification now appears to be weakened by the evolution of salaried work and by the diversity of religions and their organizations in France. It is therefore useful to consider a paradigm shift that may already be underway.
