(Dé)construction de la notion d’interculturalité par les étudiants, futurs enseignants

Abstract : This article presents the results of a study looking at how pre-service teachers understand and (re)shape the contents of an Interculturality course in their discourse. Interculturality is understood as the dynamic relationship to representations of self and the other present in all interactions. The study focuses on 49 texts describing a personal intercultural experience. Traces of the re(shaping) of representations are observed, among others, in the themes dealt with, the use of course terms and the positioning of the students and their reflections. Findings concerning the process of transformation are discussed.
