Trois tâches pour réussir l'open data

Abstract : Summary: In this intervention, the aim is to reflect as a public ethics specialist on the conditions for a successful open data policy in the context of the emergence of artificial intelligence. The proposed approach is the one that aims to consider the challenges of this emergence for public freedoms. Interpreting the user as a citizen, profiling a better design of smart cities, and finally rethinking digital sovereignty in the light of open data, these are the conditions for a successful open data policy.
