La logistique urbaine durable de demain

Abstract : Today, urban logistics represents a major challenge in supply chain management. The population growth in cities establishes an increase in the exchange of goods. As such, urban logistics must think and practice sustainability. This article presents and reflects to suitable initiatives, allowing the delivery and return of goods in city. At first, the article proposes a Maturity Model that allows to understand the progression of urban logistics in its macroeconomic sense. Secondly, because delivery solutions must be sustainable (economic, ecological and social/societal), the article performs an overview of current and future opportunities of delivery. This through the image of the tortoise (the slowness logistics approach), the pigeon (delivery by air) and the teleportation (quantum transmission's information).
