Mœurs et normativité : les manières de vivre des hommes politiques athéniens

Abstract : Studying the customs of the politicians in Athens (fifth century B.C.) is a way of thinking about the construction and the use of norms in all spheres of the civic life: education, war, wealth and generosity, religion, gender, death and memory. To build an ensemble of norms in a particular historical context is part of what defines politics in the Greek city.
