Réforme territoriale : le devoir d’inventaire

Abstract : The years 2010 were characterized in France by an addition of territorial laws without ever being carried out an evaluation of the previous laws. Since then, many speeches have converged to refuse to perform a real duty of inventory. For this pur-pose, we must consider the paradigm justifying these territorial laws: Big is beautiful. But does reality justify it? A question to be deepened by reading the book of Frédéric Ville.
