Itinérance et dissimulation d'emplois dans les transports

Abstract : The concealment of jobs corresponds to frauds thanks to which the existence, the nature or a quantity of the professional activity will be hidden. From this point of view, the transport sector is an excellent field of issues related to employment concealment. Perpetual roaming of mobile workers hampers controls, blurs the distinction between working time and rest time and knows no borders and therefore the applicable national law. In their peregrinations, mobile employees are often lone workers whose subordination to their employer is relaxed. But these employees meet at each step with interlocutors who require them to act also at their service. It is the determination of a clearly identified employment relationship which is thereby weakened.
