DES MIGRATIONS INCONTROLÉES ?

Abstract : [Just e few days after his inauguration, in late January 2017, President Donald trump signed a controversial immigration order. Ten months earlier, the European Union had agreed a plan of action on migration with Turkey, and around the turn of the year 2047, Saudi Arabia deported 39.000 Pakistanis in the space of just four months, stating that Pakistanis would be « seriously inspected » prior to being granted entry to the kingdom : decisions of this kind clearly demonstrate state determination to control immigration. An analysis of these controls highlights the fact that their objective often remains frustrated by the existence of uncontrolled emigration and immigration.]
