L’UNIVERSALISME DE LA CHARTE D’ATHENES ET LES PARTICULARISMES DE L’HABITAT MAROCAIN

Abstract : The author shows how the chief town planner appointed at the end of the French protectorate in Morocco, Michel Ecochard, although he was a proponent of Le Corbusier's functionalist and universalising theses, tried to adapt them to the socio-economic level of the mass of Moroccan populations and their culture of living.
