Résumé
يجب علينا أن ندرس أسلوب العبارات الصيغية في الشعر العربي القديم، أي تلك العبارات المستعملة في السياق نفسه للتعبير عن فكرة معينة، في علاقاتها مع الوزن والقافية أولا، ثم مع ترتيب أغراض القصيدة ومعانيها التي غالباً ما تقوم على نماذج تقليدية جداً. ويجب أن نميز لدى قيامنا بذلك، بين التكرار الصيغي وبين التكرار غير الصيغي. المقالة التي نقدمها هنا تهدف، من خلال دراسة بعض الأمثلة، إلى اقتراح تصنيف للصيغ يمكن أن يكون أساسا لوضع معجم لهذه الصيغ في الشعر العربي.
In ancient Arabic poetry, the use of formulaic expressions, that is expressions employed in the same context to express a particular idea, must be studied in relation to meter and rhyme, on the one hand and, on the other hand, to the thematic organization of the poem which usually relies on very conventional and stereotyped traditional patterns. In doing so, we must be aware that not all repeated expressions can be considered formulas. Through some representative examples, this article aims at laying the background for a typology of formulaic expressions that could serve as the basis for the making of a dictionary of formulas.
L’usage d’expressions formulaires dans la poésie arabe ancienne, autrement dit d’expressions régulièrement employées dans un même contexte pour exprimer une idée donnée, doit être étudié dans ses rapports avec ces parallélismes codés que sont le mètre et la rime, d’une part, et avec l’organisation thématique du poème, d’autre part, laquelle répond le plus souvent à des schémas traditionnels très conventionnels et stéréotypés. Ce faisant, il faut aussi prendre soin de distinguer les répétitions « formulaires » de celles qui ne le sont pas. À travers quelques exemples représentatifs, cet article a pour but de proposer une typologie qui puisse servir de base à l’élaboration d’un dictionnaire raisonné des formules.
