Faut-il légaliser le dopage ?

Abstract : The efficiency of the fight against doping is quite remote from the images circulated by media and those promoting a clean and exemplary sport. These clichés negate the fact that doping scandals are continually repeated, ignore the technological and scientific lagging behind anti-doping efforts and too often tend to forget the implicit role of those in power. Worse perhaps is the absence of any real prevention policy with respect to doping. Prevention cannot be limited to coercive measures and the dissuasive effects of condemnation. In addition, the health of athletes remains an understated issue, as indicated by the lack of any widespread and worldwide epidemiological investigation on the impacts of doping.
