N+1 et N+2, même combat ? Vers une analyse différenciée et combinée des rôles des managers en contexte de changement.

Abstract : Due to its position in the organization, intermediate hierarchy has a strong incidence on the success of the organizational changes. However, this population has not been studied much in the literature. The current article suggests investigating the roles of these managers by distinguishing the various levels which compose the intermediate hierarchy.
