LE NOUVEAU RECENSEMENT DE LA POPULATION DE LA FRANCE ET LES AMELIORATIONS NECESSAIRES

Abstract : [In the early 2000s, France decided to change the method of census population. It abandons the traditional exhaustive census, held every 6-9 years since the Second World War, and replaced it with a unique method worldwide, with an annual census survey in major cities, the census still not complete as for small towns as every five years. It is important to first clarify the terms of the so-called French method "census renovated." Then it will be useful to analyze the problems in order to ask whether the new method is theoretically interesting, so if it deserves to be used by other countries. Third, it will examine whether the new census met its initial objectives displayed, then consider possible improvements.]
