Les relations professionnelles dans le sport : un processus inachevé

Abstract : Sport activities adopted a collective agreement recently and display a rather active social dialogue at national level. Yet this observation must be tempered by a more complex reality at the local employer level, usually nonprofit organizations. To better understand this discrepancy between national and local level is the subject of this article. Industrial relations thus remain incomplete for at least two reasons : the difficulty of actors to fully assume their role as employer or employee (eg volunteering still printing its mark on many relationships) on one hand and the weight of a more complex service relationship that the mere provision of a standardized market service on the other.
