L’accompagnement dans la professionnalisation du métier d’enseignant. Le point de vue des formateurs

Abstract : This resesearch is particularly interested in a particular aspect of professionalization: the accompaniment. In statements trainers IUFMs, we identified five dimensions of support in relation to the relationship to knowledge: relation to the institution, relation to the other, relation to practice, relation to knowledge and relation to prior experience. If this dimension is an important aspect in the choices and practices of coaching, our results show that the definitions of the accompaniement are heterogeneous with implemented’s modalities who are differentes according to the subjects that often lean on their professionnal experience acquired before their master training. However, we have seen adaptations in the context of master training including accompaniement in the reference groups.
