De la face au profil : l’aventure numérique des visages

Abstract : First medium of human relations, the face is the site of expression and identity, but also of social norms that makeup or freeze it into a facies. What is its power of identification and communication in the age of social networks and selfies? Which face the media environment assigns to us, while the presence is now written into digital traces - countless, fragmentary, intangible? The face, in which we present ourselves to others and that we don't want to lose, is about to be replaced by those profiles that everyone has to to manage and that every actor want to monitor ?
