Migration et asile en Serbie : une européanisation des politiques publiques et associatives ?

Abstract : Since 2007, growing influxes of migrants are crossing Serbia on their way to Western Europe. Their presence results on the one hand from the rearrangement of the borders on the margin of the Schengen zone, and on the other hand from the transformation of the Serbian migratory and asylum policy. The article questions the Europeanization of public action toward migrants based upon observations in the city and camp where migrants gather, and analysis of institutional discourses from government and non-government agencies. Europeanization process takes here the form of the co-production of a " migratory order " by multiples actors who justify their actions by using various scales of reference (local, national, european).
